1. The Agreement
By installing or using All-in-One File Converter (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
These terms are in addition to the Google Play Terms of Service, which also apply to purchases made through the App.
2. What the App Does
The App converts, compresses, edits, views, and extracts PDF, document, image, audio, video, and archive files on your device.
Results depend on the files you provide and your phone's hardware. Some conversions have limitations, as described in the App. For example:
A PDF created from a scanned image may not contain extractable text.
Complex Word, Excel, or PowerPoint layouts may change when converted to PDF.
RAR archives can be opened but not created.
RAR5 archives are not supported.
Please read the notes displayed on each tool screen before starting a conversion or other operation.
3. Your Files and Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to open, convert, edit, copy, or otherwise process files using the App.
Keep your own copies of important files. The App creates new files and is designed not to delete or overwrite your original files. However, you should maintain backups of files that you cannot replace.
You are responsible for the files you select and how you use the results produced by the App.
4. Free Use and Premium Features
New users receive 10 free conversions. Viewing files is always free.
After your free conversions have been used, you can choose to watch an optional rewarded advertisement to receive one additional conversion or purchase Premium for unlimited conversions.
Premium is available through the following options:Monthly subscription: Renews automatically each month until cancelled.
One-time unlock: A single payment that does not renew.
Prices displayed in the App are provided through Google Play in your local currency and may include applicable taxes.
All payments, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Google Play and are subject to its applicable policies.
You can cancel a subscription at any time through Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Premium access is associated with the Google account used to make the purchase. To restore eligible purchases on a new device or after reinstalling the App, use Settings → Restore Purchase.
5. Advertising
The App offers optional rewarded video advertisements when your free conversions have been used.
Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's applicable policies.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional. Purchasing Premium removes advertisements from the App, including rewarded advertisements.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:Use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
Infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights, including by converting or editing music, videos, documents, or other content you are not authorised to use.
Attempt to bypass the App's free conversion limits or purchase verification mechanisms.
Redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or resell the App except where applicable law permits such activity or the relevant open-source licence expressly allows it.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that every conversion will preserve the original file's formatting, quality, metadata, or functionality exactly. The App is not intended to replace the software originally used to create a file.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MPS Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the App.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Changes to the App and These Terms
Features, supported formats, and functionality may change between App versions.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be published at the designated address, with the revision date changed accordingly.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes and obtain any necessary consent. Your continued use of the App after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Open-Source Software
The App includes open-source components, including the LAME MP3 encoder (GNU LGPL), PDFBox for Android (Apache License 2.0), zip4j, Apache Commons Compress, and junrar.
Information about applicable open-source licences is available in the App under Settings → About.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to restrict rights granted to you under applicable open-source licences. Where a licence conflicts with these terms regarding its covered component, the applicable licence governs that component to the extent of the conflict.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws and any non-waivable rights you may have in your country or region of residence.
Nothing in this section removes any legal protections that must apply to you under applicable law.
